We use YouTube a lot.
Like everyday. So, when my son said he wanted to make a Lego How-To video and put it on YouTube for all to see I was happy to help! He planned what to build and did the building. I filmed and then we learned together how to use Windows Movie Maker to edit it and add sound. He also told me that he wanted to show the build in super speed and then at normal speed. A magician whose tricks are rarely gross or scary - unless you are easily grossed out or scared. Family friendly (he even wrote a children's book!) and for Mister 4 - who wants to be a magician/slash pilot - it's a fun channel. Here, watch a baby escape a crib - it's amazing.
Okay, it's not really educational and sometimes I don't even understand why they want to watch it but nothing brings my 3 kids together easier than Cookie Swirl C videos. And, I always know her videos are safe.
